On Sundays subscribers are emailed a private web link to our newsletter. Occasionally, there will be abbreviated newsletters. Hotlines are emailed on an as-needed basis, Monday through Thursday evening, prior to 11 pm Eastern time. A "second notice" hotline will be emailed the following morning.
